NIBOSI Warranty: What's Covered and How to Make a Claim
Share
Every NIBOSI watch ships with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Here is exactly what that covers, what voids it, and how to actually use it if something goes wrong.
What's Covered
- Movement failure under normal use (the watch stops keeping time or stops entirely without impact or water damage)
- Defective clasps, crowns, or pushers that fail from normal operation, not misuse
- Manufacturing defects in the dial, hands, or case finish present at delivery
- Premature battery failure within the warranty period on quartz models
What's Not Covered
- Scratches, dents, or case damage from drops or impact
- Water damage from exceeding the watch's rated water resistance (check the ATM rating on your product page before swimming or showering)
- Normal wear on leather or fabric straps
- Damage from unauthorized repair attempts or opening the case yourself
- Cosmetic wear from daily use, such as minor bracelet polishing marks over time
How to File a Claim
- Email support@nibosiofficial.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- Describe the issue and attach 1-2 clear photos or a short video showing the problem.
- Support will confirm whether the issue falls under warranty, usually within 1-2 business days.
- If approved, you'll receive instructions for either a repair, a replacement part, or a full replacement watch, depending on the issue.
Before You Contact Support
Two quick checks save time: if the watch stopped, confirm it isn't simply unwound (manual-wind and automatic models need regular motion or winding) or out of battery (quartz models run 2-3 years per battery). Neither of those is a defect, and support will ask about both before processing a claim.
