Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Standard international shipping typically takes 12–25 business days depending on your location. Orders to the US, UK, Canada, and Australia are usually delivered within 12–18 business days. Remote locations may take up to 30 business days.

Is shipping free?

Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide, with no minimum order value required.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to over 180 countries worldwide. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, feel free to contact us before ordering.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to monitor your package's progress at any time.

Why is my tracking not updating?

Tracking updates can sometimes take 3–5 business days after dispatch to appear in the system. If you don't see updates after 7 business days, please contact us and we'll look into it for you.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your card details.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After that, the order enters processing and we're unable to make changes. Please contact us immediately if you need to make adjustments.

I have a discount code — where do I apply it?

You can enter your discount code directly on the cart page using the "Discount code" field, or at checkout. The discount will be applied automatically before payment.

Products & Quality

What materials are NIBOSI watches made from?

All NIBOSI watches feature cases and bracelets made from 316L stainless steel (surgical grade), hardened mineral crystal or sapphire-coated glass, and Japanese or Chinese quartz movements. Gold and rose gold models use a durable PVD coating.

Are NIBOSI watches waterproof?

Yes — most models are water-resistant to 30M (3ATM), suitable for splashes and light rain. Some models offer up to 100M (10ATM) resistance for swimming. Check your specific model's product page for the exact rating. We recommend avoiding hot showers, saunas, and high-pressure water with any watch.

How do I adjust the bracelet size?

NIBOSI stainless steel bracelets are adjustable using a small pin pusher or a thin tool (like a toothpick or the tool included with your watch). Gently push the pins out of the links you wish to remove. If you'd prefer, any local jeweller can adjust the size for you free of charge or for a small fee.

How accurate is my NIBOSI watch?

Quartz models (the majority of our collection) are accurate to ±15 seconds per month, which is standard for Japanese quartz movements. Mechanical models may vary by ±20–30 seconds per day.

How do I change the battery?

Quartz watches typically need a new battery every 2–3 years. We recommend having it replaced by a local watchmaker or jeweller to ensure the water-resistance seal is maintained.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a return or exchange. Items must be in original, unworn condition with packaging intact.

What does the 2-year warranty cover?

Our 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects, movement failures, and quality issues. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage caused by misuse (including water damage beyond the rated resistance).

My watch stopped working — what should I do?

If your watch stopped working within the warranty period, contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll troubleshoot with you and arrange a replacement or repair if needed.

How do I initiate a return or warranty claim?

Email us at support@nibosiofficial.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team responds within 1–2 business days.
